Andrew Sacks specializes in residential real estate in the Los Angeles Westside neighborhoods. A second generation Angelino, Andrew’s early years in the Cheviot Hills community instilled a sense of home, complete with making life-long friends, playing ball in the back yard and enjoying meals on the patio. Whether his clients are buyers or sellers, Andrew realizes that any decision about a home reaches profound depths and benefits from professional expertise. Knowing that a home is the place where its residents experience the milestones of their lives, Andrew values the trust of his clients and works hard to meet their stated needs, address all concerns, and guide them to an optimum result. As one of Andrews clients stated, “I can’t begin to explain what a relief it is to have someone representing you that you can trust in and be comfortable with.” Andrew earned his B.S. degree from the University of Oregon where he also played football. Continuing his love of sports, Andrew taught high school and coached volleyball. Additional activities included extended stints of adventure travel on six continents, which acquainted him with world cultures and architectural styles. Andrew and his wife Laurie live in Brentwood with their two children who are welcome visitors to their grandparents’ homes in Cheviot Hills and Pacific Palisades. Backed by the Coldwell Banker real estate team, Andrew draws on the long reach and significant resources of an organization with deep roots in the community and highly regarded real estate team members.

Andrew is the absolute best. Apart from being an incredibly fun guy in general, I cannot praise his work as our realtor enough. As first time home-buyers, my wife and I were anxious and naive regarding the entire process of purchasing a house. Andrew was incredibly attentive and helped us navigate every part of the experience. He was able to help us identify an area that we were interested in, gave us information regarding the property we ultimately purchased prior to it even being put on the market, and coached us through aggressively pursuing the property and ultimately having our offer accepted. Even more impressive, when our escrow hit a very unusual but significant (potentially catastrophic) snag, he personally helped us exhaust all of the possible options that were available to help work through the issue that came up so that despite long odds we were able to close on the property that our family is now very happily calling home. As if that weren't enough, he even gave us direction on how to proceed with our renovation once we finally owned our home. Throughout the process, his advice and guidance were exceptional, and I am not being at all disingenuous when I say that if it weren't for Andrew, my family would in all likelihood not have realized our dream of home ownership. I am truly grateful and would given Andrew my highest recommendation without reservation to any prospective home-buyer on the market. Thanks Andrew!
Andrew Sack was so helpful, informative and available to us despite our limited schedule. He followed up with us continually even after we signed the lease. He was a joy pleasure to work with...
Andrew is wonderful! He is so great at communication, not just with me but also the selling realtor and inspector. He is very efficient and always on-time. I am so grateful for him being thorough and willing to research things for me. It was always clear he had my best interest in mind and I'm very happy overall with everything relating to Andrew. He's highly recommended in my book.
My wife and I were moving from the east coast and trying to find a place in Pacific Palisades. Andrew was there for us every step of the way, from hunting for places that weren't on the market, to helping us identify which place for our needs and our budget to negotiating the final purchase. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Andrew and would recommend him to anyone.
We were on a tight timeline to list and sell our home before moving out of state. Andrew came on board and led the charge from day one! He helped us determine what improvements we should make to the house before listing it and walked us through each stage of the process. He was very confident and was always available via phone or email immediately. He always made us feel like we were his top priority. Our house was listed quickly and sold very quickly with a wonderful offer. His negotiation skills allowed us to enjoy a smooth transaction where we felt very confident with the final details. Andrew is outgoing, energetic, personable, responsible and really loves what he does. I highly recommend him!
Andrew is fantastic! He helped us buy our house in a very short window of time, in a very competitive market. Andrew is creative and resourceful and at the end of the day, he just plain cares about his clients. He is the best!
We had Andrew sell our Brentwood condo. He spent an unusual amount of time and money marketing the place. I do not believe another broker would have spent the amount of time and resources as Andrew did.
Andrew is a great agent: hard-working, honest and always optimistic. We were first-time home buyers with a ton of questions, and Andrew worked hard to answer each and every one. I also think he went beyond the call of duty many times -- for example, not every agent will come to your home after he puts his own kid to bed, then hold your three-month-old so you can eat dinner before signing a lot of paperwork. And he's relentlessly optimistic and believes the best of everyone, which is a great quality when you're in a tough market or mired in the details of a sale. He even paid for a cleaning crew to clean the house before we moved in, as a thank-you present, which is a really good gift if you're super-busy moving. If you're buying a home in West LA/Culver City/Santa Monica and you're looking for an honest and hard-working agent, I can recommend Andrew Sacks.
Certainly buying a new home is an intimidating process, but with someone like Andrew Sacks as your agent you can feel confident and comfortable in the choices you are making. Andrew has big personality, listens well, and has a genuine understanding for what people want. Not just in a home, but in a realtor. Andrew takes the time up front to get to know his clients and understand their needs before jumping in, helping you to imagine who you might become in 10 years and where you hope to live your life. It's important to note that Andrew understands that it is your life, and doesn't try to fit you into someone's else's dream or vision. He is hard working and willing to go the extra mile to find the perfect fit. He knows when to listen, when to push, when to remind you of what you said you wanted. Andrew has a great sense of when to let you roam free and when to pull you back in. He is both responsive and reliable, and I can't begin to explain what a relief it is to have someone representing you that you can trust in and be comfortable with. Andrew never asked me to be anything I'm not or settle for something less than he knew we could find. Undoubtedly when I sell the home I recently purchased (many many years from now) I will call Andrew to both find my new home and sell the old one.
